Who we are

Superellipse is a self-governing design and engineering studio. For over 25 years, we've been pushing the boundaries of innovation together with our clients.

Our team works closely to turn bold ideas into real products and services, whether that means building something entirely new or improving what already exists. Within the digital team, we design digital products, tools, environments, companion apps for physical products, and more. Often entirely new processes or tools from the ground up.
While our projects often tackle serious challenges, we believe the process itself should be energizing and collaborative. Innovation should be exciting, powerful, and even fun.

We operate as a self-governing team: no traditional hierarchy and people own their work, make decisions, and take responsibility.

What you'll do

You'll own the full Design journey, from early research and strategic framing all the way through to polished design and working prototypes. No two projects look the same here. One week you're running workshops with clinical teams, the next you're shaping a personalization strategy for a retail platform.

What you’ll do:

• Develop UX and product strategy, not just screens, but the thinking behind them

• With your market and business insights, you will help clients of all sizes bring the value to the market.

• Plan, conduct and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, workshops, desk research, benchmarks, data analysis)

• Facilitate co-creation workshops and translate outputs into product opportunities

• Translate insights into clear, tangible concepts: journey maps, service flows, wireframes, prototypes, and client-ready presentations

• Prototype concepts in Figma and bring them to life across complex systems

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across design, tech, and strategy

• Present to clients, write proposals, and contribute to business development

Who you are

• 3 years of experience in UX, digital product design, and/or service design

• You are a strong designer with business knowledge, you know what a user or market is looking for and take into account the economic reality.

• Systems thinker: you connect research insights to strategic decisions and understand the business logic behind them

• Comfortable stepping into different roles depending on the project. Leading one project, supporting the next one

• Solid Figma skills and experience working within complex product ecosystems

• At ease with ambiguity: when chaos comes your way, you know what to do and how to bring structure

• You know how to manage different projects, juggling multiple clients simultaneously[ED5] 

• Fluent in English, able to work with Dutch-speaking clients. French is a plus

• You are not afraid to try out new tools, look up trends and broaden your knowledge

• Motivated to help grow Superellipse and bring it to the next level
